Job Description / Responsibility

• Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans
• Monitoring production & delivery performance through planning and report on daily /weekly and monthly basis.
• Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
• Prepare and control operational budgets.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
• Control inventory. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to minimize output
• Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Ensure quality of products.
• Monitoring production & delivery performance through planning and report on daily /weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
• Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
• availability to meet the marketing demands on time.
• Identify capacity constraints and suggest measures for improvements.
• Close attachment with Procurement department
• Consistent monitoring of raw materials' stock to avoid low or over inventory.
• Willing to work long hours when required
